Lach Litwer

Principal

Mr. Litwer is a Principal at Wōden, llc. Prior to joining Wōden, he directed energy infrastructure investment for Allotrope Partners, a Bay Area Venture Fund. His work focused on energy access and resilience projects partnering energy cooperatives, international microgrid and energy storage developers, and multinational development banks. He also founded Columbia Gorge Capital, a real estate investment firm that develops, owns, and operates mixed use and workforce housing properties in Oregon. 

Before entering the private sector Mr. Litwer served as a Presidential Appointee in the United States Department of Defense from 2009 to 2013 as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (IE). In this role he led policy initiatives expanding public-private partnership financing for infrastructure projects.

Prior to his service at the Pentagon, Mr. Litwer deployed to Afghanistan with the United States Army as an embedded trainer for the Afghan National Army. For his service he was awarded a Bronze Star Medal. He currently serves as a Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Army Reserves.
