Wōden, LLC was founded in 2017 with a shared vision of helping clients design and execute new business models that break down barriers and bring forward world-class innovations.
Lach Litwer, Derek Larson, and Mike Craig met while building large scale telecommunications infrastructure projects in the Pacific Northwest, where they collaborated on a variety of deals aimed at developing and implementing innovative business solutions to expedite middle and last mile deployments.
Our motivating insight was that even with acknowledged mutual interest between stakeholder communities, government, and industry to execute deployments on time and on budget, there is commonly a deficit in understanding of the regulatory process and misaligned incentives inhibiting forward progress.
In response to consistent customer demand for turn-key services, in 2025 Woden acquired Lane’s Excavation, Inc. With the addition of Lane’s expertise and equipment capabilities, Wōden now offers world class telco construction services as a fully integrated program in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
